  50.           Upgrades from now on WITHOUT the participation of
  51.           DISTRIBUTORS.

  76.           Oh. i am really sorry, that you must suffer because
  77.           others haven't payed me, tried to evaluate CRC's
  78.           without paying, slowed down the process etc..

  80.           Specially for you and for all these People, who like
  81.           JLUTIL and want to distribute it, we have the follow-
  82.           ing possibilty:

  84.           There are Registration Packages available (5 Initial
  85.           Registration, 5 Upgrades etc.). These Packages are
  86.           really cheap. You can buy eg. one Initial Registration
  87.           Package and sell each one for the normal price. Or
  88.           five sysops in your area decide to register JLUTIL.
  89.           If they request one Initial Registration Package,
  90.           they will save money or if you request it, you get
  91.           some money for your work.

  95.           And can i pay these Packages after i have sold the
  96.           Copies?

  100.           NO, you have to pay in advance. If you don't want
  101.           to receive all Copies and CRC's immediately, because
  102.           you don't know, who registers JLUTIL, you wait,
  103.           until somebody requests a Registration. If so,
  104.           you send me the REGISTRATION.FRM and then i will
  105.           ship the Disks and the CRC directly to the User.

  107.           But be aware THAT I MUST HAVE ONE FILLED OUT
  108.           REGISTER.FRM FOR EACH SERIALNUMBER. You can send it
  109.           to me via NetMail or within a letter.

  113.           I was no JLUTIL distributor, but i like JLUTIL,
  114.           JLPLOT & JLBANK. Can i make use of these CRC-Packages

  119.           Of course. You can request one for yourself or for
  120.           your friends or you try to sell JLUTIL copies. If
  121.           you haven't registered JLUTIL yet and you want to
  122.           register, you should make use of the Registration
  123.           Package which contains 1 Initial Registration and
  124.           5 Upgrades.

  129.           one option and want to register it, but JLUTIL is
  130.           too expensive for me to register the whole JLUTIL-
  131.           Program. What can i do ?

  135.           There is the possibility to register each option
  136.           seperatly. You register or upgrade one, two or
  137.           three (or more) options and if you want, you can
  138.           use the other options unregistered. We think, that
  139.           you should register that, what you really need.

  147.           Sorry. Please think about the following: I am poor
  148.           too. I have an old XT and do all my programmings etc.
  149.           with it. I have not the money to buy an AT or 80386
  150.           or 80486. I am working a lot for these fine programs
  151.           and the current price is really cheap. To make them
  152.           available for you, I payed for Turbo Pascal 6.0,
  153.           several ToolBoxes for Turbo Pascal (PULL, QWIK, WNDW,
  154.           etc.). I am spending significant time and money to
  155.           enhance these fine programs.
  156.           Please understand, that there is no possibility of
  157.           a reduction for you. Thanks.

  168.           right to upgrade it for the upgrade-price. If
  169.           you change your mind in the future and you want
  170.           to have a new version, you have to register initially

  182.           percents of the total amount, because the Credit-
  183.           Companies are charging us for every transaction,
